Charm was run on a T1-weighted scan using the standard settings listed in the charm.ini file.

Please check the quality of the final segmentation in the viewer below. In case of doubt, also check the quality of the inital registration between the input scan and the atlas to see whether this step needs improvement. The SimNIBS tutorial gives examples on how to fix the initial registration if needed. The viewer also allows checking the registration between the T1- and T2-weighted scans.
